At Tungsten, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. This shipping policy outlines our current practices for order processing, delivery times, rates, and more.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
In the rare case of high order volume or inventory issues, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you by email if there’s a delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic U.S. Shipping:

3. Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@tungsten-apparel.com. While we are not liable for shipping carrier issues, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the problem.
5. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tungsten is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
